My interview suit
My daughter took this picture of me after I got back from my interview yesterday. Don't I look spiffy?
I'm doing my best model pose in this one. I noticed some interesting cobwebs on my ceiling, too.
And Now...

You look great in that dress - professional and confident.
I can't help but notice your hands in the same place for each pose.
Coffee stain? Covering up an "I heart fundamentalists" button?
Give with the dirt, madam - we need something to gossip about.
Belly flab.
VERY classy!
You're not alone with the spiderwebs! I can't keep ahead of the stupid things this summer. :(
At least they eat the gnats.
You really look like a nice, fun person. Were you sweating in that jacket in the Florida heat and humidity?
What celebrities have people told you that you look like?
Gilda Radner?
Monica Lewinsky?
Jacket: I take it off outside. It is usually cold indoors due to air conditioning. So, no sweat!
Celebs I've been told I look like:
Well, when I was younger with permed big hair and was thinner, I was told on a few occasions I looked like Gloria Estefan. I never did see that resemblance. That was probably the only non-jewish person I've been likened to, and I'm not Jewish, as far as I know (maybe my family converted at some point in history, but as far as I know, I'm all Italian Catholic.) Anyway, I have been told I look like Debra Winger (maybe that's who you meant?), never until just now, Gilda Radner, Ruth Buzzie,...
was Monica Lewinsky Jewish? Anyway it might be my hair and my current weight and the fact that I'm wearing a suit which I almost never wear. Some to think of it though, I think I have heard that one in the past, when she was more "famous"! A good friend of mine has told me recently that in pictures I look like Jay Leno (the long chin thing, nice isn't she?) and Ellen DeGeneres. Personality wise, I've been told I'm like Dori from Finding Nemo, and Molly Shannon from SNL.
And yes, I am a nice, fun person. I'm also neurotic, but you can't have everything!

Can you "c'mon shake your bootie baby do the conga?" like Gloria Estefan?
Just kidding.
You might actually be Debra Winger, for all anyone would know. She apparently dropped off the face of the earth.
Haha!
You prompted me to look up pictures of these people...I am going to post.
And Ruth Buzzi is not Jewish, I found out. I should have known, I think if I knew how her name was spelled, I would have figured it out.
i LOVE those shots, lauren! :))))
cool painting too!
thanks so much michi!!!glad you enjoyed my silliness.
and thanks for commenting on the painting!
